Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 5 days for a refund or replacement.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Processed within 30 days of receiving your returned items.
  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging and in resale condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your invoice or order confirmation email.

Organic Colour Systems (OCS) Return Policy

OCS returns are handled by their customer care team. Items must be unused and in a resalable condition, and returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Authorization Required: You’ll receive return instructions if your request is approved.
  • Return Shipping: Customers must cover return shipping. We recommend tracked shipping for high-value items.
  • Refunds: You’ll be notified once the return is received and approved.
  • Exchanges: Make a separate purchase once the return is processed.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping charges and credit notes are not refundable.
