• All colour services require a valid patch test within 6 months.
• Pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or time required.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or deposit forfeiture.

3. Online Orders & Products

• All product purchases are subject to availability.
• Shipping is £5, or free on orders over £45.
• Orders are tracked and customers will receive updates upon dispatch and delivery.
• Returns are accepted within 10 days in line with our Returns Policy.
