Welcome to Rhonda Leask Hairdressing. By using our website, booking services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — we aim to be fair, clear and helpful.
1. Appointments & Services
- All services are subject to staff and stylist availability.
- Bookings are made by service — every service has its own price and duration listed on the booking calendar: rhondaleask.co.uk/book.
- Consultations (£10) can be booked on their own and are recommended if you’re unsure which service you need. Book here: Personalised Consultations.
- Patch tests are required for all colouring services and last for 6 months. We will not proceed with colour work without a valid patch test on file.
- Customers can book online up to 2 months in advance. If you need a booking further ahead, please call the salon directly.
2. Bespoke Colouring Services
Bespoke colouring (e.g. colour correction, balayage, full blonding, global bleach) is handled differently — these services require a personalised consultation and are not bookable directly online. Please call the salon to arrange these bookings so we can discuss timing and expectations.
- Bespoke services can be blocked on our internal calendar for longer durations when required. The salon staff manage exact pricing at point-of-sale to ensure the service is tailored to each client’s needs.
- If you see a bespoke option online it will prompt you to call to book — this helps keep these appointments private and flexible.
3. Deposits & Payments
To secure your appointment we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking for all services, unless otherwise stated. Deposits are taken to protect our team’s time and to discourage late cancellations & no-shows.
Payment processing: All card payments are processed via Stripe — a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. Card details are encrypted and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. Card information may be used to: complete final payments, charge outstanding balances, or apply cancellation fees in line with these Terms.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment — or fail to attend — the deposit may be forfeited, and additional charges may apply at the salon’s discretion.
- We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. If you are running late, please fill out the “Running Late” form: Running Late.
5. Pricing & Combining Services
- All regular services show a fixed price and duration on the online calendars. Bespoke services have flexible pricing and are agreed in-salon at time of payment.
- When combining services (for example colouring + cut), the final price and time may be adjusted by the stylist — any additional charges will be discussed before payment.
- We reserve the right to amend pricing if a service requires significantly more time or material than originally anticipated.
6. Online Orders & Products
- Products bought via our online store are subject to availability.

7. Gift Cards & Memberships
We offer gift cards (currently sold in-salon). Online gift card purchasing will be available in future. We do not operate a membership programme at this time.
8. Liability & Aftercare
- We take reasonable care to ensure safety and satisfaction. Please follow any aftercare advice given by your stylist to maintain results.
- We are not liable for adverse reactions if you have not disclosed allergies, or if aftercare instructions are ignored.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. We’ll aim to publish date/version info when significant changes occur.
